  • ULVIT utilizes high power ultraviolet light to decomposed ozonated water to water with the added benefit of reducing the footprints compared to other solutions, i.e. bubbling system or the activated carbon filter system.

Hydrofluoric ozonated water compatible.


  • Fluorocarbon polymer is used for wetted material. UV light path shall be either silica tube or sapphire tube (for hydrogen fluoride mixture).

The best solution to pre water recycling.


  • ULVIT directly decomposes ozonated water to water so that there will be no remaining agent unlike in the case of the case of the active carbon filter solution.

ULV(series S type) Utilizes low pressure mercury arcing UV lamp by generating 253.7nm UV spectrum to decompose ozonated water. S type has strong chemical resistance by utilizing stainless material for wetted part and silica tube for UV light path. It is suitable for monitoring an operation of ozonated water generator.
